Get To Know Your Therapist
In 2010, I attended Everest College's massage therapy program in Bremerton, WA. I was drawn to the profession by the idea of being to help people with mobility and better body function. Massage quickly taught me about compassion, about mindfulness, about self care and the importance of touch. In 2012, I attended a certification course for Contemporary Cupping Therapy to further increase the therapeutic affects of the massage I provide. I have a background in fitness instruction which deepens my understanding of the movement of the body.
I spent the first 7 years of my massage career working in a clinical setting under chiropractors. I have experience treating injuries as well as working with clients to achieve relaxation and mobility goals. In early 2018 I began using CHABA(canabis health and beauty aid) products to increase the benefits of my treatments. To find out more about the products and services I provide see My Services section.
I chose the name of my business by incorporating the mindful symbol of the mandala, which is used across religions and spiritual practices as a symbol of wholeness and the representation of the universe; and the mountains which like the mandala remind us that we are but a small piece of the vast landscape of the earth. I find my peace in the outdoors and I believe this carries over through my name, logo and hands on practice.

you touch everything."

Contemporary Cupping Therapy
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
